Wix Stores Selecting a Renewal Date for Product Subscriptions

Currently, the renewal date is determined by the date of the original
purchase. For example, if a customer bought a monthly subscription on the 17th
of the month, a new order is created on the 17th of each month. You cannot
change it to renew on another date.

Workaround:

You can arrange with your customer to cancel the subscription and have them
purchase a new one on the day they prefer.
