Wix Stores Request: Limiting a Shipping Method by Minimum Order Amount

Currently, it's not possible to restrict a shipping method to customers who
purchase more than a minimum amount. For example, you cannot limit a $10 flat-
rate shipping rule to purchases over $100. You can, however, limit purchases
to a minimum order amount.
