Wix Stores Request: Adding a Form to the Cart or Checkout Page

Currently, it is not possible to add a form for your customers to complete on
the Cart or Checkout Pages in Wix Stores. This would allow you to gather more
information for the purchase.

Workarounds:

* You can add a custom field that appears on the Checkout Page and make the field mandatory.
* Let customers enter information (such as what they want engraved on the product) using the "Add a Note" link in the Cart Page.
