Wix Restaurants Request: Allowing Customers to Change the Quantity of a Specific Optional Extra Added to a Dish

Currently, customers cannot adjust or manually enter the quantity of an
optional extra added to a dish. For example, if you allow customers ordering a
burger to select how many ketchup packets to include with their order.

We are always working to update and improve our products, and your feedback is
hugely appreciated.

In the meantime, you can add multiple versions of the same optional extra
(e.g., First Condiment Option, Second Condiment Option) when creating the
dish. This allows customers to add the same optional extra more than once.

## To add multiple versions of the same optional extra:

1. Open the Wix Restaurants dashboard.
2. Click the **Menus** tab.
3. Hover over the relevant dish and click the **Edit** icon ??or click **New Dish** to add a new one.
4. Add the first option:
1. Click **New Option** on the left.
2. Enter the name of the first option in the **Name** field (e.g., First Condiment Option).
3. Select **Extras**.
4. Enter the name and price (if applicable) of the first choice (e.g., Ketchup).
5. Click **New Choice**.
6. Enter the name and price (if applicable) of the second choice (e.g., Mayonnaise).
7. (Optional) Repeat steps e - f to add additional choices.
5. Add the second option:
1. Click **New Option** on the left.
2. Enter the name of the second option in the **Name** field (e.g., Second Condiment Option).
3. Select **Extras**.
4. Enter the name and price (if applicable) of the first choice (e.g., Ketchup).
5. Click **New Choice**.
6. Enter the name and price (if applicable) of the second choice (e.g., Mayonnaise).
7. (Optional) Repeat steps 8 - 9 to add additional choices.
6. (Optional) Repeat step 5 to add another version of the option (e.g., Third Condiment Option).
7. Click **Save Changes** if you are editing an existing dish or **Add Dish** if you are adding a new dish.

Now, when your customer orders this dish, they can select the same optional
extra twice (two Ketchup packets) or select two different optional extras (one
Ketchup and one Mayonnaise).
