Wix Editor Request: Locking Layers in the Editor

Currently, it is not possible to lock layers in the Editor to prevent
accidentally moving elements while editing your site.

However, if you want to certain elements to always be visible on your live
site, you can pin them. Visitors can always see pinned elements on their
screen, even if they scroll.
