Wix Chat Request: Adding a Chatbot to Your Site

Currently, Wix does not have a chatbot feature that you can add to your site
and automatically reply to messages from site visitors. However, it is
possible to set up a few automated chat messages (e.g., welcoming visitors to
your site, letting them know you'll get back to them soon) using Wix

You can also add FAQ buttons to the chatbox that automatically answer the most
