Wix Chat Multichannel Chat

We're excited to announce that you can now add the WhatsApp channel to your
Wix Chat chatbox. We're working on making it possible to connect further
third-party communication channels such as Facebook Messenger.

A multichannel chat allows site visitors to choose the platform they want to
contact you on when opening Wix Chat on your site.
