Wix Bookings Request: Adding Different Types of Fields to the Wix Booking Form

Currently, you can add the following types of custom fields to your booking
form: short text fields (up to 40 characters), paragraph fields (up to 255
characters), or checkbox fields.

It is not currently possible to add other types of fields, such as drop-downs
or multiple choice options.
