Site Management Request: Restore Members When Restoring Deleted Site

Currently, when you restore a previously deleted site, your Members Area gets
restored as well. However, your site members are not restored with it.

Your members will need to join your site's Members Area again. It is not
possible to manually add your Members, they must sign up themselves.
