Editor X Making Scale Text the Default Option on the Formatting Toolbar

In Editor X, you can set your font size as a fixed value (e.g., 28), or a
range (e.g., 28 - 56) by clicking the Text Scale icon . When formatting a new
text box, the option you see first is the fixed size. It's not possible to
change the order so the default is Scale Text.
