Content Manager Request: Allow Previous/Next Navigation Buttons on Dynamic Pages to Loop

Currently, dynamic pages include next/previous navigation buttons by default.

However, these buttons do not loop. This means when a site visitor is at the
first dynamic page, the 'previous' button appears greyed out. In the same way,
when a site visitor is at the last dynamic page, the 'next' button appears
greyed out.
