CMS Request: Adding the Rich Content Element to a Repeater

Currently, it is not possible to add the rich content element to a repeater to
display several pieces of rich content.

However, you can add the rich content element to the same page several times.
Then use a different dataset with a filter for each element to display
different pieces of rich content.
