Currently, it is only possible to refund orders from your Wix dashboard when
the payment was processed through PayPal, Stripe, or Wix Payments.


If another payment provider was used, you can still refund your customers
using the instructions here, but you need to complete part of the process
outside the Wix dashboard. Note that in this case, the order in the Store
Orders tab is updated to show the refund.
