Currently, it is not possible for you to set a specific renewal date for
recurring payments from your clients' pricing plans. Renewal dates are defined
by the date clients purchase their plans or complete their free trial periods.

Workarounds:

Instead, you can extend clients' plans (for subscriptions that already have an
end date). You can also charge clients offline, or use a Wix Invoice to cover
the additional subscription time period.
